Four Seasons Hotel – London at Park Lane Network Integration Full scope ELV services acting as Principal Consultants responsible for Communications Cabling design, Network Integration, AV and Security Systems design, RFP issue, evaluation & award. Contract Administration for the implementation of the Communications cabling infrastructure, Converged wired and wireless Local Area Networks supporting IPTV services & Video on Demand (VOD), IP Telephony wired and wireless, Guest High Speed Internet Access (HSIA), Audio Visual services including BGM, Digital Signage and Audio Visual systems for Ballrooms and Meeting rooms, Security Systems including perimeter Security, CCTV and Access Control for the Hotel. Complete with testing, commissioning and final acceptance of all systems. The project was an existing Hotel full refurbishment project. Spartan's project involvement from Concept through to final acceptance was 26 months
Four Seasons Hotel – Marrakech Network Integration Partial scope ELV services acting as Principal Consultants responsible for Communications Cabling design & Network Integration, RFP issue, evaluation & award. Contract Administration for the implementation of the Communications cabling infrastructure, Converged wired and wireless Local Area Networks supporting IPTV services & Video on Demand (VOD), IP Telephony wired and wireless, Guest High Speed Internet Access (HSIA), for the Hotel Resort and Residences. Complete with testing, commissioning and final acceptance of all systems. The project was a green field site construction project. Spartan's project involvement from Concept through to final acceptance was 43 months.
Four Seasons Hotel – Sharm El Sheikh Network Integration Spartan were engaged to carry out a detailed survey of existing ELV infrastructure and active equipment at the Resort. At the end of the the survey Spartan produced a detailed Masterplan and road map document to be used for the upgrade of all ELV services and active hardware.
Mandarin Oriental Hotel – London Network Integration Upgrade of existing infrastructure to support IP Telephony. Preparation and RFP issue for replacement IP Telephone System including, evaluation & award. Project management for the implementation of the new IP Telephone system through to testing, commissioning and final acceptance.
Mandarin Oriental Hotel – Hong Kong Audio Visual Spartan carried out an audit and produced a detailed analysis report of the existing Audio Visual systems installed at the Four Mandarin Oriental operated properties in Hong Kong, Singapore & Kuala Lumpur.
The Langham - London Network Integration Full scope ELV services for this large phased refurbishment, with the challenge of keeping the Hotel operational during the total project duration. Spartan were acting as Associate Consultants responsible for Communications Cabling design, Network Integration, AV and Security Systems design, RFP issue, evaluation & award. Contract Administration for the implementation Communications cabling infrastructure upgrade, Converged wired and wireless Local Area Network installation supporting IP Telephony wired and wireless & Guest High Speed Internet Access (HSIA). Upgrade of the existing MATV network and installation of new IPTV services & Video on Demand (VOD). Audio Visual services including BGM, Digital Signage and Audio Visual systems for new Meeting rooms and enhancement of the existing CCTV system. Complete with testing, commissioning and final acceptance of all systems. Spartan's project involvement from Concept through to final acceptance was 33 months
The Connaught – London Network Integration ELV services acting as Associate Consultants responsible for Communications Cabling design & Network Integration. Contract Administration & Project management for the implementation of the Communications cabling infrastructure, Converged wired and wireless Local Area Networks supporting IPTV services & Video on Demand (VOD), IP Telephony wired and wireless, Guest High Speed Internet Access (HSIA). Complete with testing, commissioning and final acceptance of all systems. The project was an existing Hotel full refurbishment project. Spartan's project involvement from Cable installation through to final acceptance was 14 months.
Four Seasons Hotel - Riyadh at The Kingdom Centre Network Integration Principal Consultants responsible for Communications Cabling design for Phase 1 of the Guest floor refurbishment along with wireless LAN installation throughout the Hotel. Including RFP issue, evaluation & award. Contract Administration for the implementation of the Communications cabling infrastructure and wireless LAN. Complete with testing, commissioning and final acceptance of all systems. The project was an existing Hotel full refurbishment project. Spartan's project involvement from Concept through to final acceptance was 17 months
Adina Apartment Hotel - Checkpoint Charlie Adina Apartment Hotel - Hamburg Michel Adina Apartment Hotel - Frankfurt Neue Oper Adina Apartment Hotel - Berlin Hauptbahnhof Adina Apartment Hotel - Berlin Hackerscher Markt Network Integration Full scope ELV services for 5 Adina Apartment Hotels acting as Principal Consultants responsible for Communications Cabling design including MATV network design, Telephone system, Wired & Wireless Network, Interactive TV System and VOD. RFP issue for Telephone System, Wired & Wireless Network, TV system & VOD, evaluation & award. Contract Administration for the implementation of the all services and additionally the Communications Cabling Infrastructure. Complete with testing, commissioning and final acceptance of all systems within each Hotel. The project was a 5 Hotel roll out programme, Spartan's project involvement from initial engagement until final Hotel opening was 4 years.

Contract Administration for the implementation of the Converged wired and wireless Local Area Networks supporting IPTV services & Video on Demand (VOD), IP Telephony wired and wireless & Guest High Speed Internet Access (HSIA), for the Hotel. Complete with testing, commissioning and final acceptance of all systems.
Baraya Development including Fairmont Hotel Doha Scope included:- Principal Consultant responsible for Communications Cabling design, Network design including IPTV and IP Telephony specification. RFP issue & evaluation for the systems supporting the Hotel and large Shopping Mall.
Jumeirah Hotel - Saraya Bandar Jissah Oman Scope included:- Principal Consultants responsible for Communications Cabling design & Network Integration, RFP issue, evaluation & award. Contract Administration for the implementation of the Communications cabling infrastructure, Converged wired and wireless Local Area Networks supporting IPTV services & Video on Demand (VOD), IP Telephony wired and wireless & Guest High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) for the Resort. Complete with testing, commissioning and final acceptance of all systems.
Four Seasons Hotel - Cairo at The First Residence Network Integration Project for replacement of Telephone System, carry out initial investigation of existing Telephone system, Active network and Communications infrastructure to establish upgrade path and requirements for the project. |
