Guest Room Management / Room Control Systems

Many of the 5* Hotel Operators and Developers as a standard are now including Integrated Guest Room Management Systems within their Hotel Rooms and Suites, to enhance the Guest Experience.

The Guest Room Management System is an interactive Guest Room Automation and Energy Management System. It can control many functions within the Guest Room, these can be chosen individually to provide a bespoke management system.

       A sample of items which the Management System can control are:

       HVAC (Room Temperature and Fan Speed) - in-room and remote

       Room Lighting including dimming & scene setting

       Drapery & Blind Control

       Do Not Disturb

       Make Up Room

       Integrated Door Chime

       Remote Room Status Monitoring

The Control can be carried out from many different devices within the room and dependent upon the level of integration can also be controlled from the Television, the IP telephone set, an in room Tablet or the more traditional desk top control unit. Spartan Comms have specialist Consultants that will work with the MEP and Lighting Consultants to advise on control and interfacing requirements along with providing design, specification and installation of these individual systems.
